I charge a 50% cancellation fee of services booked for any no shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. A card must be kept on file to book. Failure to pay cancellation fee you will not be allowed to rebook. No call/ No shows will not be allowed to rebook. You may reschedule your appointment without a fee before 48hrs. After 20 minutes late you may need to be rescheduled. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
